Kidrockers takes over the main stage at 92YTribeca with a potent double bill featuring Brooklyn newcomers Steel Phantoms and the energizing electro-rockers Dynasty Electric.

Steel Phantoms
is a recently formed, four piece band based in Brooklyn, which features two lead vocalists who grew up as friends in Pittsburgh before relocating to Montreal. Singer Aaron Harris played drums in one of Montreal's biggest indie bands -- Islands. Named after a roller coaster in Pittsburgh, Steel Phantoms uses many of the same pop sounds that defined the Montreal music scene. “Billy Joel quits chasing Uptown Girls, moves in w/ Jonathan Richman. . . . Dynasty Electric
is an electro-rock duo from Brooklyn, NY. The band features vocalist/theremin player Jenny Electrik and multiinstrumentalist Seth Misterka who plays saxophone, electric guitar, and programming. The group will soon be releasing its first album on BluRoc Records, the latest venture of hip-hop mogul Damon Dash and recently collaborated with Brian Chase of Yeah Yeah Yeahs. SETH’s long running weekly show “Sweet” is a staple of the downtown alternative comedy scene. He appears regularly on VH1's "Best Week Ever" and "All Access". He's been on Comedy Central's Chapelle's Show and Stella, CBS' Love Monkey, E!s #1 Single. Seth has also been in the films “Role Models,” "Prime," "The Ten," "The Baxter," and "Safe Men."
