The Wisconsin bred, Brooklyn based quartet’s energetic, fun shows and infectious tunes have made them one of the most high profile unsigned bands in the country. In September ‘08, Locksley was featured as MTVs “band of the week” (http://buzzworthy.mtv.com/2008/09/08/artist-of-the-week-locksley, The band has also been featured in SPIN as a “breakout band”, in Rolling Stone as a top 25 myspace band, and mycoke.com’s favorite indie rock band. Their single “Why Can't I Be You? (Why Not Me?)” is the theme song for the MTV show of the same name and received extensive play on MTVu. Locksley has sold more than 50,000 albums worldwide, performed on Late Night with Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Kimmel Live, and toured with Ray Davies, The Hives, the Rapture, Hanson and Rooney. http://www.myspace.com/locksley
