is a concert series that began in January 2007 in NYC and produces shows in NYC, Los Angeles, Philadelphia (World Café Live) and Chicago (Schubas). These All Ages shows are designed to bring families together to experience some of the most engaging and vital artists in indie music and comedy. Artists perform original (not specifically made for children) songs in a manner that is both authentic and kid-friendly.
More than 100 bands have played Kidrockers, including Silversun Pickups, Rogue Wave, Ra Ra Riot, Tad Kubler (of the Hold Steady) and friends, Matthew and Ira of Nada Surf, Rhett Miller, Real Estate, Neon Indian, Local Natives, Vivian Girls, Twin Shadow, DIIV, Caveman, Har Mar Superstar, Los Campesinos!, Dale Earnhardt Jr. Jr., Drink Up Buttercup, Jukebox the Ghost, Chris Barron (of Spin Doctors), Langhorne Slim & The War Eagles, Dengue Fever, Ex Cops, Hospitality, Hooray for Earth, The Watson Twins, The Henry Clay People, Army Navy, Reggie Watts, Eternal Summers, Big Troubles, Reputante, Pretty Good Dance Moves, LEVY, The Jealous Girlfriends, Chairlift, Jeffrey Lewis, Jamaica, Dinowalrus, The Radar Brothers, The Subjects, Looker, Bishop Allen, The Spinto Band, Afternoons, Locksley, Phonograph, Palomar, Los Campesinos! and Chris Barron. Kidrockers hosts include Seth Herzog, Craig Baldo, Matt Dwyer, Greg Behrendt, Matt Braunger, Bobby Tisdale, Patton Oswalt, Jordan Carlos and Greg Johnson.
